Sloped floor
A 5% slope correctly designed means we can efficiently drain fluids and keep lying areas drier and more hygienic.

Traditional Yorkshire Boarding
Properly designed cladding enables us to control wind-flow into the building and prevent dampness.

Ventilation
The building incorporates a covered open protected ridge to form negative pressure with a correctly designed positive pressure tube ventilation system. This enables us to manage the air environment within the unit.
